MTI Trading Inc. Return & Exchange Policy
At MTI Trading Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer the option to return, exchange, or replace your items under the following guidelines:
General Guidelines

Items must be returned in new condition, suitable for resale, within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number via email before initiating a return or exchange.

Products returned with damage, wrinkles from improper packaging, or Velcro straps fastened will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Final Sale Items: Clearance, custom orders, silk-screened uniforms and bags, cup and supporters, and mouth guards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process

Pack the item in a suitable box.

Include a copy of your invoice or note with the RA number, specifying whether it’s a return or exchange. For exchanges, mention the desired replacement (size, color, etc.).

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Refunds (less this fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Allow up to 30 days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
Exchanges

Replacement items will incur a shipping fee, charged to the original or a provided alternative payment method.
Additional Notes

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service as MTI Trading Inc. is not liable for lost or damaged packages.

Refunds for regular-priced items only. Sale items are non-refundable.

Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item.
