“How do I open an account?”

“When will I receive my order?”
Orders received before 1PM PST Monday through Friday on non-holidays are shipped the same day via UPS from Southern California (custom item orders will take longer).
UPS takes approximately 1-6 business days to deliver depending on your shipping address.
“Do you offer expedited shipping?”
Yes. Upon placing your order, please specify the method of expedited shipment you would like : 3rd Day, 2nd Day, Next Day Air.
We will call you back as soon as possible with the expedited shipping cost for you to approve.
“How much do you charge for shipping?”
Shipping charge is based on the actual UPS cost which varies depending on the weight, dimensions for the parcels, destination and shipping method of the order. ( UPS charges extra for residential address)
Any items longer than 48″, such as Bos will be added extra $23.50
UPS will charge $19.50 for address correction/change.
UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver the package before returning it back to us. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charge.

We ship only within the Continental United States.
“Do you ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses?”
No. All orders are shipped via UPS and UPS does not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
“Do you charge sales tax?”
Customers with shipping addresses in California will be charged the current sales tax- 9.25%. Any wholesale account customers with ” Resale Permit “, must send a copy to our office before ordering.
“How can I track my order?”
Simply call our customer service line and we will provide you with your UPS tracking number.
If you would like to automatically receive your tracking number via email with each order, just notify us and provide us with your current email address.
